Before reaching out to Allegiance, I enquired about foreign worker medical insurance for an S Pass employee with a few agents I knew but who did not specialise in commercial insurance. Generally, I found I wasn’t able to get a clear idea of details such as how much it was going to cost, what the application procedure would entail or timelines for when the policy would be active. Response time from them was also a problem as for every question I asked, they had to take time to look up information before they could get back to me.
Allegiance offered an entirely different experience. Within 5 minutes, I found out everything I needed including rates, policy details and the documents I would need to prepare. In addition, they were able to provide detailed advice (e.g., activate the policy only after the employee’s mandatory health check-up in case it fails), which is easily the kind of mistake an inexperienced service provider would make. Turnaround time was also rapid. After submitting the proposal form, within a day we were given the policy number so we could issue the S Pass.
This responsiveness and swiftness in execution is critical to a business and I cannot recommend any other provider, especially for commercial insurance!
